The following terms and conditions are effective with immediate effect and will form part of my Welcome Letter in future

GoldIsPower Terms and Conditions

Before you participate or continue to participate, in any form what so ever, in any of the GoldRule projects, products or services, you must read this.

At GoldIsPower we are not taking in any followers. We only accept leaders.

What is the difference? Leaders accept accountability and responsibility for their own decisions.

Followers blame other people when things go wrong.

If you are a follower I insist that you stop your association with GoldIsPower and me right now!

Can things go wrong? Yes it can. Nothing is guaranteed.

If returns are guaranteed, it is not investing anymore.

It’s saving and that you do at a bank!
Investing is high risk.

Risk and reward goes hand in hand.

The higher the risk the higher the returns, but also the higher the risk the higher the possibility that the project can collapse and you can lose all the money invested in it.

I’m not interested in saving. I prefer investing, but I’m not going to take unnecessary risks and I’m not going to promote something if the risk is too high.

Before I promote a new or existing product I do my own risk analysis or due diligence exercise on it and I insist that you do the same.

Take Note; Your own due diligence exercise … not mine.

You can use mine if you wish. It’s up to you how you wish to evaluate a project, but at the end of the day you and you alone decide if you wish to participate or promote it.

Don’t put a cent in or tell anybody about it until you are 100% sure you can handle the risk going with it.

In future, on a new project I’ll do the following:
I subscribe to the project by taking a position as soon as possible.

I pay or buy a package, or whatever is required, with money I can afford to loose and then I start testing it live.

Depending on my preliminary findings when introduced to the project the first time, I might invite leaders in my downline to test the project with me, if they want to.

If they do, they do it 100% at their own risk according to their own criteria and I ask them to give feedback on their findings on the secret Test Group on a Facebook Group specifically created for this pupose. If I’m not happy with the feedback from this test group, I will not promote it.

During the testing process I determine if the project delivers a real and ethical service or product other than just moving money around.

In other words I determine for my own peace of mind whether it’s a pyramid scheme or not. If I’m not 100% sure in my mind that it is legal, I will not promote it.

During the testing period I determine how fast I can recover my investment and if I can compound with the profits.

If my capital is locked in for reasons I don’t like, I will not promote it.

I test the quality of the liquidity of the project like for example how easy or difficult it is to get my money out.

If I cannot get my money out easily, I will not promote it.

The above happens on an ongoing basis. Even after I started promoting it and if any of the criteria ever lead me to think that the project’s nature changed to an extent I’m not happy with, I will immediately stop promoting it and announce the status to my leaders.

This is what I do and when I promote it, it does not mean this project is now without any risk.

It only means that I make it available to new prospective leaders for their own scrutinising and decision at their own risk.
